Ambal Traders was founded over a decade ago with a simple goal: give Tamil Nadu's builders and contractors access to reliable, well-engineered electrical panels without the long lead times and inconsistent quality that plagued the market.
What started as a small electrical supply operation quickly grew as word spread about our commitment to quality. Contractors came back not just for products, but for solutions — and we responded by expanding into full panel manufacturing.
Today, we design and manufacture main distribution boards, control panel boards, and power distribution units from our Tamil Nadu facility, serving commercial builders, industrial plants, and infrastructure projects across five states.

Design & Engineering
Each panel begins with a detailed engineering review. We work to your specifications, ensuring the design meets load requirements, safety standards, and site conditions.
Component Sourcing
We source only from approved, certified suppliers. Every breaker, busbar, and enclosure is verified for compliance before it enters our production line.
Assembly & Wiring
Our trained technicians assemble and wire each panel with precision. Cable management, labelling, and termination are done to IS and IEC standards.
Quality Testing
Before dispatch, every panel undergoes insulation resistance testing, functional checks, and visual inspection. No panel leaves our facility without a full sign-off.

All panels are manufactured in accordance with relevant Indian Standards (IS) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) specifications.
Certified Components
We use only ISI-marked and internationally certified components from trusted brands — no compromises on the parts that matter most.
In-House Testing
Every unit is tested in-house before dispatch. Our QC process covers insulation resistance, continuity, and functional operation under load simulation.
