Design

Custom Panel Design

Our engineering team works directly from your single-line diagram, load schedule, or project specification to produce a panel design that meets your exact requirements. We size busbars, select protection devices, and plan enclosure layouts before a single component is ordered. Design deliverables include a detailed SLD, bill of materials, and enclosure arrangement drawing — so you know exactly what you are getting before manufacturing begins.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing & Assembly

All panels are fabricated and assembled at our Pudukkottai facility. We source components exclusively from approved brands — Schneider, L&T, Havells, and ABB — and assemble each panel to the approved drawing. Our wiring team follows colour-coded cable standards, uses ferrule-labelled terminations, and fits cable ducts for clean, maintainable wiring. Every panel is built with a wiring diagram affixed inside the door for easy field reference.

Testing

Quality Testing & Inspection

No panel leaves our facility without passing a full pre-dispatch test. Our in-house testing protocol covers insulation resistance testing, continuity checks, functional operation of all switching devices, and verification of protection settings. We issue a test report with each panel, documenting measured values against design specifications. For projects requiring witnessed testing, we accommodate client or consultant presence at our facility.

Support

Installation & Commissioning Support

Our support extends beyond the factory gate. We provide on-site assistance for panel installation, cable termination, and commissioning for projects in Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states. Our technicians work alongside your electrical contractor to ensure correct installation, verify protection settings, and carry out final commissioning checks. We also offer post-commissioning support and can assist with any site modifications required after installation.
